Shipping policy

Every lamp we ship is hand-poured, hand-polished, and individually tested before it leaves the workshop. This page explains how shipping works, how long it takes, and what to expect once your order is placed.
1. Order processing time
All our lamps are made to order. We do not keep ready-stock inventory. Once you place an order, it enters our current production batch and goes through the full handcrafting process: pouring, curing, sanding, polishing, and individual testing.
Production time: 10 to 14 business days from the date your order is placed. This includes the full curing and finishing process — there are no shortcuts that don't compromise quality.
Pre-orders are shipped in the order they are received. If you place your order early in the month, it will ship before orders placed at the end of the same batch.
2. Shipping times by region
Once your order is finished, packed, and handed to the carrier, the following estimated delivery windows apply. These times are in addition to the production time above.

Total time from order to delivery: typically 3 to 5 weeks depending on your location. We will not promise faster — handcrafting takes the time it takes.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. We work with carriers that include full tracking and insurance on every package, because each lamp is a one-of-one piece and we won't ship without protection.
Free shipping promotions, when offered, are clearly displayed at checkout and on the homepage banner. We do not run hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
4. Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped within the United States include all applicable taxes at checkout.
For international orders (outside the US), the price you pay does not include local import duties, VAT, or customs fees. These are charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We declare every package accurately and at full value. We do not mark packages as gifts or undervalue them — this is illegal in most jurisdictions and puts both buyer and seller at risk.
5. Tracking your order
You will receive two emails during the process:
- Order confirmation — sent immediately after purchase. This confirms your spot in the current batch.
- Shipping confirmation — sent the day your lamp leaves the workshop. This email contains your tracking number and a link to follow the package.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 14 business days of placing your order, contact us and we'll check on your batch status.
6. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect or change the destination.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and we'll update it before production starts. After that window, address changes are not possible.
7. Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Every package we ship is fully insured and tracked. If something goes wrong, we make it right.
If your package is lost in transit: contact us if your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days. We'll open a claim with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund.
If your package arrives damaged: take clear photos of the outer packaging and the lamp itself within 7 days of delivery, and email them to us. We'll send a replacement at no cost. Do not throw away the original packaging until the case is resolved — the carrier may need to inspect it.
If your package is marked as delivered but you didn't receive it: check with neighbors and your local carrier office first. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation.
8. Countries we currently ship to
We ship worldwide to most countries. Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions, customs limitations, or regional conflicts.
If our checkout doesn't accept your country, contact us before placing an order and we'll let you know whether we can arrange a custom shipment.
